This editorial policy explains how Academic Math Review reviews and recommends math programs.
How we choose what to review
We review the programs families ask about and newer curricula worth attention. Suggestions come from readers and our own research.
How we review
Where possible we use a program with real learners before writing. We assess its teaching approach, the demands it places on the parent, its alignment with standards, and whether its results justify its price.
Fairness and accuracy
We name strengths and weaknesses, and check facts about editions, scope and pricing before publishing.
Corrections and updates
- We correct mistakes promptly.
- We revisit reviews when new editions ship.
- Readers can flag issues via our contact page.
Independence
Reviews are independent; no publisher can pay for a better verdict.
