This Application will use your camera as a powerful scanner and organize your important documents like your family’s passports, Birth Certificate, and all legal or business documents, so that you or others who might have to manage your affairs, know where to find all records and whom to contact. With this application you will be able to carry with you at all time all your important documents from your Passport to your Previous year's Tax Returns.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Press the plus button to add a document.
2. Choose the category of document
3. Tap NO IMAGE AVAILABLE to take a photo of the document like a scanner would
4. Fill the form:
a) The title should be your name or the name on the document.
b) The description should be the account or policy number found on the document or other specific information.
c) Choose the location code (where you conserve that document)
d) & e) Choose the physical location/address of the original and copy of the document.
Tips to get the best quality scans:
✯ Keep the document flat and well lit
✯ Use a preset mode when possible (e.g. receipt)
✯ For faint text try maxing out the contrast
✯ Try to use image stabilization if possible
✯ For the 3GS or iPhone 4, wait for the autofocus
✯ Hold the device at least 10 inches away from the document to avoid out-of-focus scans.

5. To save the document, click on the green disk icon on the top right.
6. To view the document click on the Title of the document then on the circle photo to view the full document.
